We have received approval form our client to accept $890.00 as Settlement In full, provided said funds are received in this office on or before ; January 25, 2008 regarding the above referenced matter.

Please make your : W/U Quick Collect code city : (winnsims) personal check, cashier’s check and or money order payable to : Wien and Sims, Trust Account, and mail same to 110 E. Wilshire Avenue, Suite 212, Fullerton, CA 92832.

Should default occur in any terms indicated herein, we reserve the right to revoke this agreement and immediately proceed for the full balance then due.

If at any time during this arrangement we receive payment from Escrow and or a request for a Demand up to Escrow we reserve the right to revoke this agreement as it may limit our ability to settle. Any Demand submitted into Escrow will super code this settlement agreement letter.

Upon receipt of the settlement in full regarding this matter, we will then file with the court the “Satisfaction of Judgment” In addition, we will inform our client that this matter has been settled in full.
